Job title : Play Worker.  Hours: 14:00- 18:00pm (term time) & 08:00- 13:00pm shift or 13:00-18:00pm shift  (Holiday Club).

Start – Immediate

Job description:  We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Playworkers to join our team effective immediately, previous experience with NVQ level 2/3 in play worker or Childcare would be an advantage or knowledge working with children would be a benefit but not essential as inhouse training is provided.

Day to day duties would include collecting and escorting children from various schools across reading via minibus, health and safety checks, running of various activities we offer for the children, assisting with snacks and meals plus more.

Have the knowledge and Awareness in Safeguarding children from exploitation and harm from abusiveness.

The right individuals would be outgoing, friendly and fun who are able to promote a positive and fun environment for all and if offered the position should expect to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
