About The Joshua Academy

Our aim is to unleash the full potential of black and ethnic minority students and those from socially deprived or isolated backgrounds through effective coaching and mentoring.

Our Vision is to inspire young people between the ages of 13 to 24 years to see the importance of taking accountability for their life goals and also empowering them with the necessary tools to achieve them.

Our Mission is creating real opportunities for young people by working with local charities and partnering with corporate companies for experience and insights into for life and social skills, also career development.

Our Services are targeted at young people from Black and Minority Ethnic groups and socially deprived / Isolated backgrounds and include:-

  • STEM opportunities for girls, aged 13 years and upwards
  • Niche Coaching and Mentoring as part of our niche #Open4learning Programme
  • A wide range of services tailored for the needs of young people, wherever they are on their personal journey.

Natural Steps
